A big hi to Viv and Jason who came all the way from Newcastle (NSW that's the Aussie Newcastle - the biggest coal exporting port in the world). Viv is a surgeon and Jason has a Latin dance shoe business - so they sliced and diced and Sambaed through our Paella course. They've got a little addition to the family due in Feb - so all the best of luck from all of us here in Marbella.
This time the Paella Party is at home with all the family: Tara and Chris - Deborah - Pam and David - Izzy and new baby Harley - Auntie Tina and good friends James and Amelia with their children Bella and Phoebe.
David made a great Paella and Pam followed that with a special fresh fruit Pavlova.
We can do this for your family - just visit our:

What a great party!
Claire and Dan celebrated their wedding in style at the weekend with a Paella Party for their fifty guests in the garden of their beautiful Soto Grande home. They had live music and champagne - a great paella and Spanish Tapas starters.

Pam David & Tina
Angie got married at 8 A.M in Hamburg and then flew to Marbella with her groom and 22 close friends. She had rented a fabulous mountain top villa above Marbella's El Rosario and Pam, David and Tina were waiting there for them with a great wedding Feast.
Angie had decided to go for a Spanish style menu with a mixed tapas starter and three different main courses served in buffet form.

Her main courses were - a Seafood Paella - Pork fillet with mushrooms and red wine - and Chicken Parmigiana - all recipes developed by us and featuring on our Cutting Edge Mediterranean Recipes website
Marbella Wedding Feast
The guests relaxed in their mountain top eyrie while the Champagne flowed and the great food kept coming.
The bride even had her own french fried potatoes specially fried by David to compliment our Pommes de terre Lyonaise.
Last - but certainly not least was Pam's "Cornucopia de Fruits". A fresh tropical fruit salad served in hollowed out pineapples and melons. Washed down with more champagne.
Thank you - it was all very delicious - Klaus, a wedding guest.
Pam and David cooked a dinner party for Josie Bruin and seven guests on her (early) retirement form the Royal Automobile Club in London's Pall Mall.
Josie chose the healthy version of our famous Spanish
Chicken Chilindron with mixed tapas to start and a great fruit Pavlova for dessert.
She chose to eat "al fresco " on the huge balcony of her Puerto Banus apartment
The evening went very smoothly and Pam and David cleared up and left the happy
guests tucking in to the cheese course.
It's great to have a dinner party without all the mess and work. Thank you Pam and David.
oliver - in the red top, relaxing in his luxury villa overlooking the famous Puerto Banus with five business colleagues he flew out from the UK for a five day working holiday.
Hi Pam - Thanks for the great service you and David provided over the weekend - Oliver
David and Pam provided a cooked brunch every day and a barbecue on the Monday evening. Everything went well and the boys seemed to enjoy the relaxing lifestyle.
Thanks again Oliver.
