Hi - Everybody and welcome to our first Hen Party of the season. Organized by chief bridesmaid Kirsten Sweeney for sister Katie - the, soon to be, blushing Bride and eight other good friends from Scotland.

The Great paella was ready and everyone tucked in with "Mucho Gusto" .
This traditional Paella has seafood, fish, shellfish and chicken - mixed with vegetables and special rice.

The wine was flowing nicely and David flamed the Crema Catalana (the Spanish version of Creme Brulée) at the table.

Great news at the Casares meeting. Linda and Kim lost an incredible 3 Kilos EACH! over two weeks Congratulations.
Everyone did well - especially Troy who lost over a kilo last week and of course Angela and Sandy who are well on track.

After following the Weight Watchers program since last year and losing an impressive 6 kilos in weight - Pam has been appointed Weight Watchers leader for our area. That is: Marbella to Soto Grande on the sunny Costa Del Sol.

She's already set up three meetings a week and there are more to come, including an evening meeting for those of you who are working in the mornings.
